The order of urine flow within and outside the kidney starts from the collecting duct and moves out from the urethra.

Unwanted compounds are removed from the circulation by the kidneys, which also creates urine. Urine is produced in three stages: glomerular filtration, reabsorption, and secretion. These procedures ensure that the body is solely expelled from waste and extra water.

Blood is filtered in the glomerulus, where glomerular filtration occurs. The Bowman's capsule endothelium, glomerular blood vessel endothelium, and a membrane between these two layers are the three layers involved in this process. Blood is filtered so that, with the exception of proteins, all plasma elements reach the Bowman's capsule. Consequently, this procedure is referred to as ultrafiltration.Nearly all of the filtrate collected is reabsorbed by the renal tubules, at around 99%. Reabsorption is the term for this. Transport, both active and passive, is used to achieve this.

Tubular secretion is the following stage in the production of urine. Here, hydrogen ions, potassium ions, and other chemicals are secreted into the filtrate by tubular cells. The ionic, acid-base, and balance of other bodily fluids are all preserved by this mechanism. Urine is created when the filtrate and released ions mix. The nephron tubule releases the urine into a collecting duct.

Hence, urine formed after directed movement in different gradient.
