Juan de Onate
Explanation:
Juan came to NA as a contractor with private services to offer, and, because of this, he was allowed to live in Mexico. He, therefore, headed many servant groups together with soldiers and his family along. He was in charge of about 500 people. All the soldiers were from Spain. He, however, did not lose hope but took the chance to rule the Spanish town.
Because he wanted to get everybody under his control, he enforced different lessons. However the people of Acoma did not like his leadership. This is the reason they all wanted to attack him by surprise, and they killed more than 12 of his soldiers and infuriated him.
