The first settlement of the slaves in Virginia in the 1619 that was lined with the sea-coast region of English and the North American tobacco was at the Virginia's main export items in the colonial period.
As time passed to the Virginia Colony steadily increased its tobacco production. Maryland in the 1634 an English colony at the Chesapeake Bay which soon became a dominant area of export and later towards the north Carolina.
