The advise given above is a good one for those who are TRANSITIONING UPWARD IN AN ORGANISATION. Moving up and occupying a higher positions in an organisation can make one to lose touch with others who are below one. It can also make one to have unrealistic expectations about others. Keeping to the above advise will make one to cope well as an authority in a company.
