If you have a graphing calculator you can graph the circle using the formula of a circle.I think the center is (-10,4), the radius of a circle is just the diameter divided by 2, and by radical form it means like if you square root the number and it's not a whole number leave it as a square root. Once you have all of that info, then you can just substitute it into the equation.
