This could benefit me and my mental health by allowing a safe space and time to address my worries and move on. I could express these feelings daily instead of bottling them up by journaling when I feel anger, or by taking deep breaths, or even using meditation apps. If I practice these rituals daily, as part of a routine, this could majorly affect my well being in hopefully a positive way. These actions could possibly affect me at first because I would be because I am doing something I am not completely comfortable with, which is fine because that is how you grow, by doing things you're not entirely ready to do.
