Bacterial growth is proliferation of bacterium into two daughter cells in a process called Binary fission. Temperature , moisture ,pH and oxygen levels are four physical and chemical factors which affects the bacterial growth .
Bacteria grow most rapidly in the range of Temperature between 40°F and 140°F and the growth rate is so fast as compare to others that's why scientist use to prefer bacteria more for their experments. Due the temperature the enzymatic activity can effect ,if the temperature is not optimal then it can denature the protein of bacteria .
