Noh and Kabuki are the two forms of Asian theatre that includes long narrow bridges for actor entrances.
Kabuki is a traditional form of theatre representing Japanese popular drama in a dramatized and stylized manner comprising of a blend of music, art, dance and mime along with actors in elaborate costumes. Kabukis mostly revolve around love stories and historical events with characters in some form of moral conflict.
Noh, on the other hand, was distinct because in this form of theatre the actors always wore masks. In Noh performances, musical instruments especially play an important part. Due to the lack of elaborate sets, the actors wear eye catching costumes to keep the focus of the audience.
