The script should show your writing skill and imagination. As I don't have access to these elements, I can't write your script, but I'll show you how to do it.
Structure for writing the script
- Exhibition: Introduce the characters and setting.
- Rising Action: Start introducing the theme of your story, show the interaction of the characters and gradually increase the tension in the narrative.
- Climax: Show the most important moment of the story, emphasize the theme, and leave tension to the maximum.
- Falling Action: Lower the tension of the story and show what happened after the most important moment.
- Resolution: End the story by giving a conclusion to the events and characters presented.
You can see an example of a small script themed “friends help and defend each other” below:
During lunch hours Marcus and Jeff sit at separate tables.
Naty: Wow, Jeff doesn't want to sit with us anymore?
Mary: No. He and Marcus are still fighting.
Marcus: And we'll be fighting for a long time if it's up to me.
Naty: Why? (making a confused face)
Marcus: Because he doesn't care about us anymore since he joined the football team, I think he's embarrassed to hang out with nerds like us and I won't beg for his friendship.
The bell rings and each student is returning to their classes.
Marcus is interrupted by a group of bullies who knock him over and step on his glasses.
Naty: Hey! (Runs to help Marcus up)
Mary: How dare you? You will pay for it.
Bully 1: And what can a bunch of weaklings like you do to me?
The bully walks menacingly toward Marcus, Mary, and Naty, but is stopped by Jeff.
Jeff: I think you've already created a lot of trouble around here and I won't let you hit my friends.
