Poverty will be measured on the ability of a person to sustain his/her living.
According to my opinion, poverty will always be exist. There is no such thing such as a perfect economic system.
In capitalist system, poverty will exist for those who fail to fulfill the market's demand. In socialist system, it will be exist for the lazy who overly relied on other or the one that weren't reached by the government
