A great team is formed by adding their additional strengths and weaknesses together, making sure all of them get their own part on what they're good at. A team consists of people who depend on each other to achieve a common goal. People in a team DONT need to share the same skills.
Process effectiveness is a measure of a process's ability to produce desired results or effects that can be qualitatively evaluated. Each person has their own view on this, and they may or may not be similar to yours.
Stay organized when you do your design process. If everything isn't organized and put to it's use, you may become disrupted and lose your sense of success.
