I think if you provided the text name, or added a picture to your question it’ll make more sense answering this.
I believe it should be Mrs.Narwin. I say this because you shouldn’t have to have money to learn new band techniques. Mrs.Narwin needs this money to work on her skills at a teacher that will better her teachings for her students. Band techniques can always be learned and adapted without using money if you’re desperate enough to do so.
