I completely disagree. Though some people do bad things with good intentions, like a father stealing food to feed his family, there is no explanation for more severe crimes. No one who commits a mass shooting is good at heart. No one who would kidnap a child is good at heart. Yes, there are some people who have a good hear, but there are some people who are just evil and do bad things with no good intentions.
