What is an interview?

An interview can be defined as a process through which an employer of labor (interviewer) engages in a structured conversation with a job applicant (interviewee), so as to determine his or her suitability for a vacant position.

As a general rule, it's very important for a job applicant (interviewee) to ask an interviewer at least one question at the end of his or her interview session because it gives him or her an opportunity to learn more about the company.

Additionally, it makes the job applicant (interviewee) appear to be more interested in the position.
