Postal worker Keith McVey has helped save several lives along his mail route. His first brave act happened on a snowy day 20 years ago, when he discovered a teenager who had fallen off of a bridge. McVey covered the teen with blankets and waited for an ambulance. Then, while delivering mail in 2008, McVey heard screams coming from a lake.
