Men often see hot, skinny and fit/ or buff celebrity's and think why can't they look like that. and it doesn't help that females will obsess over the famous models or athletes and expect everyday men to look like that
yes. both women and men or just people in general can be influenced on body image through social media. there’s always going to be an ideal body type for any gender and they are both portrayed heavily on social media.
