Judges and courts exist to protect our liberties and our most fundamental and sacred rights as set forth in the bill of rights, as well as to protect us from unlawful and unwarranted intrusion into our lives from the government. without our government there is no justice, without justice there is no freedom.
Establishing justice is important for creating a strong nation because it teaches other civilians the consequences of certain actions and tactics if something happens and how to solve it or solutions if something similar happens to a friend.
