Yes they do but i really know that central africa in the rewanda part of (central africa is very strict they will shoot up the whole world if they want to (don't mean to scare you) but chicago and for example Minnesota has polices like in miami you do not suppose to sware and cuss (meaning cursing ) and using all types of words hope this helps☺
