the train name and number,

the description of the suitcase (colour, brand, dimensions),
what the suitcase contained, and
why it is necessary for you to get it back at the earliest.
Mention the name of the station where you boarded the train from and the name
of the station where you alighted. You must also mention that you are attaching a
photocopy of your ticket for reference.
