A Book lung is a type of respiratory organ that is found in specific air-breathing arachnid arthropods , meaning , scorpions and some spiders.

The heart pumps blood to all parts of the body , which x points to the heart. Blood provides Oxygen and nutrients to the body removing carbon dioxide and wastes. Oxygen rich-blood then flows from the lungs back into the left atrium + left upper chamber of the heart, through four pulmonary veins.

3.  The three types are cardiac,  smooth, and skeletal. Cardiac muscle cells are located in the walls of the heart one of our strongest muscles. So I'd say it's option C but that could be wrong.
