This is a poor question.

Label the choices A,  B,  C,  and D .
(The question won't even do THAT for us; we have to do everything
for ourselves around here.)

A).  OK, but Not in North America.  I have operated cars on many business
trips, in former British colonies and in southeast Asia, where you drive on
the left side of the road, the steering wheel is on the right, the driver sits on
the right side of the front seat, and all the controls are 'mirrored' compared
to what we expect in the USA.  It takes some getting-used-to, but in any of
those places, ' A ' can be the best answer.

B).  OK.  This isn't the way they teach you in Driver's Ed, but many drivers
in North America do this.

C).  No.  This would take a double-jointed athlete, wherever in the world.

D).  OK.  This is the way they teach you in Driver's Ed in North America.
