Racism - I agree with this statement. We had so many slaves, and even after slavery was demolished, we still have segregation. People might not think we do, but if they aren't white, people are suspicious of them. Right now, the corona virus seems to draw so much attention to Chinese people, they are scared to come to our beautiful country.
Poverty - This is an issue, but I do not agree that America because the people who are homeless, poor, and uneducated all had the same opportunity as everyone else. The rich are being taxed higher, though it's wrong, so the unwealthy can receive more income. The wealthy worked hard to get to where they are, and they are being punished for it. The people who don't have much could just as easily go back to school, with modern technology it's possible now, and get a better education, leading to a better job, house, and life.
Militarism - This I do not agree with either. You can be 18 years of age and be drafted into the military to kill and be killed, yet you have to be 21 to drink, smoke, and, or, vape. These are the types of decisions that confuse the communities. You can go into war, fight for your life and other civilians, yet you can't choose to intake on nicotine or alcohol. Another thing is that plenty of people choose to go to the military, yet they are taking young people who have their whole lives planned out, and shoving them into battle.
