All of them because they all worshiped the same gods( Athena, Artemis, Apollo, Zeus, Hera, Ares, Aphrodite, Dionysus, Hephaestus, Hermes, Demeter and Poseidon). They all spoke Greek but had different accents and words. The government was the same because all of the Ancient Greek city-states had a king or prince. Hope this helps!
