A cross organizational team is a group of people with different functional expertise where they work together with the aim or purpose of achieving a common goal which they have set as an organization or a group. Each member offers an alternative perspective to the problem and potential solution to the to the task, this is determined by his/her area of expertise.
It normally includes employees from all levels of the organization which may include employees from the finance department,operations,sales and marketing, production , human resources department among other departments in the organization.
