We drove as fast as we could, the guards in fast pursuit. They followed us, trying to enslave us again. We had used the power of our voices to spark an uprising in the prison. They had tried to subdue us into obedience like they always did. But this time it did not work. Amidst all the craziness, we escaped. The plan that my sister and I had come up with over the course of months worked and now we were free. They never would have thought that my sister and I would presume to risk our safety, to test the security of the prison we were forced into but we did. We were safe. We were free.
