I chose d. All of the above.  All of these institutions are geared towards reshaping and improving a person’s behavior in the hopes that he or she will be able to rejoin society as a better individual.  This is done through discipline, counseling and group encounters. All of these facilities provide this kind of service and it is up to the individual to make the best out of it.
