In order to help the
student expand his/her knowledge I will help answer the question. This in hope
that the student will get a piece of knowledge that will help him/her through

General Douglas MacArthur
wanted to fight an all-out war with the
Communists; and was eventually relieved
of his command in Korea by President Harry Truman. He was the general who
commanded the force sent to Korea until he was relinquished from that position.
