Sarah and her family are on vacation in the mountains. they camp at an elevation of 1000 feet.after setting up the tent, they hike up to 1310 feet and then return to the tent. What is the change in elevation???
If they are 1000 feet, then walk up 1310 they would be at 2310 feet. But it also says they returned back to their tent which is set up at the original elevation at 1000 feet.
