For this question you will need to do conversions.
Remember that 1 yard = 36in so
[tex]3 \times 36 = 108[/tex]
And for ever 1 foot, there is 12in (look on a measuring tape if you have one). So for this you do
[tex]12 \times 4 = 48[/tex]
Now add the perimeter:
[tex] P=2(l+w)[/tex]
[tex] 2(108+48) [/tex]
[tex] 2(156) = 312[/tex]
So the perimeter of this rectangle is 312in.
