Please review the concepts of mean, mode and median. The median is the single value that shows up most often in the list of data. Here I see that '10' shows up 5 times, more than 9 (4 times). The mode would thus be the best measure of central tendency here.
I challenge you to find the mean and median of this data set and then to complare both with the mode (10).
