Respuesta :

we know that

The vertex form of a quadratic function is
y=a(x-h)²+k

the vertex is the point (-3,-2)
so
(h,k)--------> (-3,-2)
y=a(x+3)²-2
where a=1
y=(x+3)²-2

Now we can convert this into the standard form of a quadratic equation,

 y = ax² + bx + c

y=(x+3)²-2-----> y=x²+6x+9-2-----> y=x²+6x+7
where  a =1,  b = 6,  c = 7

the answer is
y=x²+6x+7
