As, forests are rich source of biodiversity of floral and fauna species. The clearing of forests will involve cutting down of all tree species and removal of all shrubs and grasses growing there. These trees, grasses and shrubs might be habitats of faunal species. Some of the faunal species may extinct, decrease in population or migrate to different locations. Therefore, this will result in loss of biodiversity due to human activity.
