Empty tRNA molecules leaves the ribosome at the fifth stage (last stage) of translation after the formation of a polypeptide. During the fourth stage the anticodons of the tRNA molecules attach to the codons of mRNA according to the base pairing rule, bringing amino acids into the correct position. At the final stage of translation the peptide bonds form between neighboring amino acids and 'empty' tRNA molecules leaves the ribosome and return to the cytoplasm to collect another specific amino acid molecule.
