Divergent Boundary: This occurs when two tectonic plates move away from one another. New crust on torn edges of the plates are formed in this process.
Convergent Boundary: This occurs when two tectonic plates come together (and sometimes bend down in seafloor trenches). Mountain ranges are formed in this process.
Transform Plate Boundary: This occurs when two tectonic plates slide past each other. This can create a linear fault valley or a undersea canyon. (No magma is formed in this process, but the crust is damaged)
