Given that total area of tiles used to create design = 3/2 square meters.

Given that area of 1 tile used in the design = 1/10 square meters.

Now we need to find how many tiles are used to create that design so that can be found by dividing total area of the design by area of 1 tile.

number of tiles used [tex] =\frac{\frac{3}{2}}{\frac{1}{10}}=\frac{3}{2}*\frac{10}{1}=\frac{30}{2}=15 [/tex]

Number of tiles used in different design = 19

Difference of tiles in both designs = 19-15= 4

Hence final answer is 4.
