Roundworms are likely to be passed from canine to human, especially if a human is around the canine a lot.
A way to prevent this:
Have you're dog/canine friend checked monthly with you're veterinarian for worms. Make sure to have them vaccinated as well.

Norovirus's is one of the biggest causes of the "stomach flu" also known as the "stomach bug". They are very contagious, and can be passed from canine to canine, canine to human, or even human to canine. You can catch it from a contaminated person, contaminated surfaces, or contaminated animals.
Fact: In different countries this sickness is considered different things. For example, in the UK it is considered the "vomiting bug". In places like the USA it is considered the "Stomach flu" or the "Stomach bug".
