To calculate the volume of a square base pyramid use the following formulae;

V=1/3* l^2 * h

Or V = 1/3 * l * w * h (for a rectangular base pyramid)

V = 1/3 * 54^2 * 260

V = 252,720

The volume of the building is therefore; 252,720 m3
