you could breed more cod fish, have people set free the cod fish, and set more laws for cod fish
Answer:
Cods are currently at threat due to overfishing in Canada, United Kingdom, and the majority of the Atlantic nations. It is due to the fact that fisheries have become more effective at catching cods, their populations are declining.
The other factor is the enhanced human demand for this fish is also a major cause of its declination, as it comprises omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 and some of the rich sources of protein.
The plan of action required for the recovery of the codfish are as follows:
a. Only small commercial fisheries should be permitted to catch cods like the rural community whose prime source of income relies upon this.
b. Inhibit large fishing agencies and ships from catching the cods by implementing certain kinds of laws.
c. Restrict the consumption of codfish in the country, until the population of the fish gets replenished again. Otherwise it will get extinct.
It is a concern that we humans are using the resources without even thinking about the coming generations. It is the duty of every individual to not overuse the resources, utilize it, and then save it for the coming generation. If the resources get decline with such an extent then the life of the coming generation will be in jeopardy.
