y - y1 = m(x - x1). So you plug in the slope for "m", the x coordinate for "x1" and the y coordinate for "y1". After you do that, it should look like this:

[tex]y - 7 = - \frac{1}{5} - 1 \frac{1}{5} [/tex]. 

Then you just add 7 to both sides to get y by itself, so that is how I got the answer.
