The holocaust was the systematic, controlling, and state-sponsored persecution and murder of 6 million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. The Nazis that were from Germany believe that Germans were "racially superior" and that the Jews were "inferior" that were threating to the Germany racial community. Other than the Jews they would target other people like the Gypsies, Homosexuals and the disables. They had concentration camps that the Nazi where they kill the diverse people. The most well-known torture method was the gas showers.
The Rwandan Genocide began in April and ended in July 1994, the members of the Hutu ethnic majority in the east-central African nation of Rwanda murdered many as 800,000 people, most of the Tutsi minority. Begun by extreme Hutu nationalists in the capital of Kigali, the genocide spread throughout the country with a speed and brutality, as ordinary citizens were urged by local officials and the Hutu Power government to take up arms against their neighbors. By the time the Tutsi-led Rwandese Patriotic Front gained control of the country through a military offense in early July, hundreds of thousands of Rwandans were dead and much more people displaced from their homes. The RPF victory created 2 million more refugees (mainly Hutus) from Rwanda, worsen what had already become a humanitarian crisis
