Exercising outdoors in high temperature will result to a body temperature of 104 F (40 C) or higher and this is the main sign of heat stroke. Symptoms include mental confusion, disorientation, rapid breathing and heart rate, flushed skin, headache and loss of consciousness.
Moreover, if you were going to exercise in the heat, you should take more fluid than you normally would, have yourself a rest period of 15-20 minutes and exercise in the right conditions like early morning or at night.
