Child pickpockets usually cannot be judged for their actions as they may come from poor or broken homes and have no other way to earn money to take care of their-selves. Discipline is the best option to stop this and their parents should defiantly be informed. Most parents do have their kids pickpocket because they feel the child will not get as harsh a punishment as an adult, and usually pity from strangers If they do continue to pickpocket after being warned then their family should be investigated with the chance of them being taken away from their families.
