Su mama insiste en que Umberto planeé major los viajes.

This first sentence was incorrectly written, so i corrected it:

2) Uds. nunca me dicen el numero del vuelo. Quiero que Uds. me lo _____ esta vez.

So here we must use the subjuntive form of the verb "decir" (in the sentence is conjugated as "dicen")

This would be, in this case, "digan", as:

"Quiero que ustedes me digan"

So the complete sentence is:

Uds. nunca me dicen el numero del vuelo. Quiero que Uds. me lo digan esta vez.
