For Part A, you just count the number of terms, there are 3. So, it is a trinomial.

For Part B, you look at the highest exponent value, it is 2. So it is a second degree polynomial.

For Part C, you have to sub in the values for each year. You are looking for the number of years since 1930, so subtract 1930 from each year.

2020 - 1930 = 90
2030 - 1930 = 100

Then, sub in those values into the given expression to find the density.

0.005(90)^2 - 0.127(90) + 1 = 30.07
0.005(100)^2 - 0.127(100) + 1 = 38.3

Remember to use the order of operations!
