The religions of Sumeria is more on worshipping nature. It is the belief that a greater unknown force is at work and that balancing it is hard. The gods were said to be in human form doing any human tasks such as eating and drinking. Each god is guided by the set of rules through ‘me’. Sumerians believe that their purpose is serving the high gods however the gods seemed to be busy so they send down their personal gods (in human form) to attend to the concerns of ordinary people.
