The information in RNA is Decoded by Transcription. During transcription a portion of the cells DNA serve as a template for creation of RNA molecules. The DNA to other parts of the cell for processing. The specific type of RNA known as messenger RNA carries the information stored in DNA to other areas of the cell.
The way of decoding a message first step is to copy or transcribe a nucleotide base sequence to RNA from DNA whereby the transcribed information will contain code which makes proteins.
The proteins will be made by way of amino acids together in a long chain which is referred to as polypeptide.
We can determine the property of amino acids by order which amino acids are joined and specific amino acids which are found in the polypeptide.
W e use genetic code table to decode codons.
