The correct sentence is A.
All of the other sentences are grammatically incorrect.

When it comes to reflexive pronouns (myself, yourself, himself, etc.), they can only be used when the subject is the same as the object. So, Keith blames himself, I blame myself, she blames herself, etc. You cannot use myself with an object with is not you.
