it's not the responsibility of the advertisers to censor what the kids see--but rather the responsibility of the parents. that would be a good counter claim for this argument.
A counterclaim, it is important to understand first, is the balance that a claim has so that it does not seem as a subjective position on a matter, but rather, the establishment of fact that will be proven by data but that the writer accepts might have a second way of seeing it. In this case, in Michelle Obama´s claim, where her claim is basically that the problem with kids and their unhealthy lifestyles comes from the struggle faced by parents because the media has increased the problem by giving out information about products that it is not always in the best interest of the health condition of children. It is always important to remember that a counterclaim needs to be connected to the claim, otherwise it looks like unnecessary information. In this case, a good counterclaim could be: Although we, as parents, need to recognize the great efforts being made by lawmakers and the food and communications industry as well, to fight off the issue of bad health and eating habits in children, it is not enough, and though it is true that the main responsibility lies in the hands of parents, more measures are necessary to help parents out, especially now, with the bombardment of communications technologies, social media, that exposes children to inadequate information.
