1) no, because they may want you to have to think about their purpose
2) sometimes when a person is in one level of expertise in a certain subject they can become biased
3) authors use diction or word choices to help the reader understand what the author is feeling
4) because if they leave information out it usually means it contradicts what the author is trying to convey
