Your team of software developers consists of people from different parts of the world, who are from different national origins, and cultures. Hmmm a challengeing question lol!!!!! Let's see you whould have a video conversation for your team at the start of the day and have a group discussion about what there doing and keep doing that throughout the day and have 1 person checking in throughout all there work...... hope this helps
